Take Advantage of Infographics
Infographics are
everywhere these days. Infographics are graphic charts and designs that help
present information in a friendly manner. They are intended to present data
quickly and concisely. Infographics can also help get a point across or tell a
story. Media outlets have used Infographics for years, recently these graphic
representations have become mainstream.
It is not uncommon
to see Infographics displayed prominently on Social media sites. The ability to
spread, explain, and display statistics and raw data quickly lend itself to
social outlets. But Infographics are not a fad, they have been used for serious
news for decades. Weather is the first place that comes to mind. Almost any
seven-day forecast is an example of an Infographic.
In the past, if you
did not possess design and layout skills an infographic could be time
prohibitive to create and assemble. New tools make it much easier to design,
create and display infographics. Online tools can help you layout and design
your own graphics masterpiece in a reasonable amount of time.
I took a half hour,
signed up, learned the basics, then created an infographic of my own on a
website called canva.com .
Granted, I have several years experience using graphic design tools and online
administrative tools, and to be fair I could create the same infographic in
Photoshop. However, I found the tools and layout of canva.com to be easy to use
and intuitive. There are free and paid options so watch what you select for your
infographic. You can see the one I created here, it is titled,

displayed, You can click the little button in the lower right corner that looks
like a television if you want to see a larger view of the infographic.)

Infographics can be
used as posters, in blog's, sales presentations, ads and more. Give it a try.

Zoho Docs allows you to manage, store or share
all of your files on the cloud. Zoho Docs is free for groups up to 25 and offers
5 gigabytes of free storage for each user. (Paid groups receive 100GB or more in
storage.) You can upload a myriad of file types to Zoho Docs and the file
transfers are encrypted.

document types such as .doc, .xls, and .ppt. files.
Zoho Docs also
offers Secure file collaboration and document versioning so you can collaborate
on documents with co-workers.
You can use the mobile app to chat with
co-workers regarding a project or file.
