What's New ?
   Ideas in Action

Have you ever had an idea and shared it with a few people then forgotten about it? A few months or years down the road your idea is completed successfully but it was implemented by someone else! Although we can take solace in the fact that we had a good idea the knowledge that prospective wealth slipped through our fingers can leave us feeling hollow.

It makes us feel good when an idea of ours becomes popular or a product idea becomes a top seller. It should make us feel good, it is a sign of potential. At the same time we realize that inaction caused us to miss out on the benefits we may have reaped had we followed through with the idea.

Implementing any good idea requires planning, hard work, and risk. The risk is often both financial and emotional. What if the idea fails? Then we have not only lost money but we also have to live with the fact that our idea wasn't as good as we thought it was.
Don't let those passing ideas become someone else’s millions.

Think it through, follow up and who knows, you may have the next hoola-hoop on your hands.
  Here We Go Again!

It seems that every few years we are faced with a  new rash of domain name slamming. In the past few weeks we have received several domain name related spam mail and emails.

These correspondence often appear to be legitimate billings for existing domain names. Upon closer inspection it is clear that the billing is from an entity other than the domain name registrar of record.

Years ago, unscrupulous phone companies used the same tactic and it was called "slamming". A company would send you a bill for your phone service and if you paid it, your long distance company would be switched. Often to a company with much higher rates.

Pay close attention to billings for your domain name. Make certain the bill is from the company your domain name is registered with. If PPP Design manages your domain name, your billing will come from us.

Ten Ways to Say No
I'd Love to, But...
1. I'm staying home to work on my cottage cheese sculpture.
2. It's my parakeet's bowling night.
3. It wouldn't be fair to the other Beautiful People.
4. I did my own thing and now I've got to undo it.
I'm enrolled in aerobic scream therapy.
I have to go to the post office to see if I'm still wanted.
I'm trying to see how long I can go without saying yes.
I'm worried about my vertical hold.
I have to pick up my cat from day care.
My Mom doesn't like me to be out past...what time did you say your thing was?

Tor Browser

The Tor Browser offers internet anonymity by routing traffic through server relays around the globe. Browsing is typically slower than usual due to your traffic being relayed between multiple servers.

The Tor browser does not encrypt your data so the destination server can see any data being transmitted but they cannot tell where the data originated.

Some websites (including sites hosted with PPP Design) may not allow traffic from the Tor browser since the originating IP is not available (security purposes).

The Tor browser is particularly useful when traveling, it allows you to use public Wi-Fi without giving away private details. A portable version is available and there is support for mobile devices.

The Tor Browser is free for personal and commercial use.
