PeaZip is a free and open source file compression and encryption software. PeaZip can decompress over 200 file formats like Rar, 7-Zip, Tar, etc. The software can also compress a file to many popular formats, such as 7-zip, FreeArc, Google Brotli Compressor, PAQ family of compressors, PEA, and other free compression formats.

PeaZip offers two factor authentication for formats that support encryption. This increase security over simple password protected file archives.
