What's New ?

 Stress the Benefits!

Stress product benefits, not product features. Visitors to your website really want to know, "What's in it for me?"

Answer this question by stressing the benefits of your product or service instead of outlining it's features.

A great example of this is Life Insurance! Try selling life insurance by telling people about the companies contractual obligation, mortality rates and its financial reserves. Although each of these features are true of life insurance, you won't sell many policies by stressing these. Try stressing the benefits instead. Life insurance will provide your family with the cash they need to pay immediate expenses and the income they require to maintain their current lifestyle. Which one is more appealing?

Of course, your product or service has it's own features and more importantly it's own benefits. Stress the benefits of your product or service on your website and visitors will show more interest.

    Microsoft Antispyware

Microsoft is offering a beta version of a new Anti Spyware tool. A beta version is simply a "first issue" or "testing" version of a soon to be released product. The beta version is set to "expire" in July of 2005 but that doesn't mean it won't be free beyond that date.

The program will scan your system for adware and spyware as well as malware (malicious products disguised or represented as useful). It will update automatically if you choose and it provides real time protection against nasty little installers and downloads.

If you would like to try the software it can be downloaded here:

 Microsoft Antispyware Download

This download is available when running genuine Microsoft Windows. There is a very brief validation process which checks your Windows Version  to make sure it is not pirated, then you are directed to the download.

Micrsoft Antispyware appears to be a nice addition to any antispyware arsenal.

8. Peanuts are one of the ingredients of dynamite.
