Quick and Easy!
Here is a quick and easy
way to promote your web site.
Contact your suppliers and
associates and ask them to exchange links to each others web
sites. Your suppliers have a natural interest in your
success and most will be happy to add your link to their
site. Associates realize that exposure is important and
should be glad to exchange links with you.
A supplier may offer goods
and services that are very diverse from the items you
purchase from them, and you probably offer items from more
than one supplier. This means that visitors to your
suppliers web site may be natural customers for you.
Your associates should look
at a link exchange as an opportunity to expose themselves to
people who may already be interested in your product or
service. I know this seems like creating competition but if
a visitor to an associates site doesn't want to by from
them, I'm sure your associate would at least like them to
buy from you.

BLOGS
BLOGS aren't new but the
number of them popping up all over the internet is. Blog's,
short for weblogs is a personal journal or summary posted on
the internet. Blog's often include reflections and opinions
posted on a daily basis. Often a list of the Authors
favorite links are posted as well.
Blog's are typically
presented in journal form and some offer the immediate
opportunity for readers to respond.
During the last
Presidential Election bloggers were credited with exposing
the "phony documents" that caused Dan Rather to
ultimately resign. Many people think this exposure had a lot
to do with the results of the election. Popular Blog's can
have rather large audiences and substantial influence.
Blog's represent what is
best and worst on the internet. A Blogger that takes what he
or she writes seriously can distribute valuable information
internationally at very little cost. But the opposite of
this is true as well.
There are blogs for just
about every interest. Try a search for blogs on Google or
Yahoo.
